breakfast at 8am
buffet breakfast, which serves toast, fried rice, char kway tiao, congee, mushroom omelette and hot tea/ coffee. cant really say it's tasty but the egg omelette is really wholesome. hot, thick and eggy. after breakfast, we got our bag ready for the city tour.
1st stop: Polo Ralph Lauren
the tour guide brief us on the difference of Polo and Polo Ralph Lauren. Polo is the fake one, my sis tat time bought the wrong brand. ROFL* hmm. the price there is half of the retail price in Singapore. v reasonable price but i didn't buy any as the design are somehow outdated.
2nd stop: local goods mart and ralph lauren shirts again =.=
saw alot of stuffs tat i used when im young as i used to stay in Tanjung Pinang and Pulau Bulu; my mum's hometown. wood crafted toys and merchandise, ointments and traditional costumes. preserved fruits and prunes etc.. keropok occupied mainly the whole shop. hahah*
3rd stop: Seafood lunch at the same place again as the night b4!!! o.O
coincidently the tour guide brought us here. heh heh* all jason's faut say want eat seafood last night. but this time on the table was grouper with ketchup, cereal prawn, fried calamari, chap pa lang soup. and the rest are same dishes as ytd.. chilli crab, gong gong and sambal kang kong. this time round, i didn't eat the crab. but jus say it tastes better den last night. hahah! really a very big feast. hopefully i dun grow fat. XD afer lunch, i was served by Indonesia coconut. it taste really different from those i had in Singapore as they are from Thailand. Those taste sweet but this taste sour and weird. den, bao and tian went up to the stage to sing!!! realyy kudos to them for tat courage to sing in front of so many ppl. lol* tc sings really well. better den bao, whom everyone thinks he's the best. video of them will be up on facebook. hahahs.
4th stop: theme park, historical park and go kart!
there's a small ferris wheel and slides meant for kids but we rode on them as well. lol* the three guys are really crazy on tat revolving ball tat they makes ppl giddy. hahah. real cute to see them playing like small kids. ^^ Jus and me did nth much but took pictures of them luh. den we went over to the small houses tat wrote the history of indonesian housing, different states live in different structures, and btw rich and poor and different eras. real cute like toy houses, about the same height as me. (photos will be up soon) Jus kept on making bad comments of every houses she saw, eg. this one look like the house for ghost etc..
later on, we went over to the go kart and each play cost $15 sgd if im not wrong. to my disappointment, i cant play cus im wearing skirt. gaarrhhh* den i became the photographer. =( something bad happen to Jus. when she was making a turn on the tracks, she lost control and flipped over and swirled a few rounds. the greatest shock of the day. i saw and quickly ran over. her bf, bao immediately braked and ran over to her. wow. so touching. can see his reaction. like supersonic. lol* she had lots of abrasion on her left shoulders, arms and her right knee. when i helped her bandage she was delirious, somehow in trance. she covered her face and seems vexed. due to shock perhaps. all ppl surrounded her and many tried to help. but the other two still carried on playing =.=
5th stop: traditional dance and stunts performance
the two performers danced to the rythms of the drum and music, den one of them ate glass cup! like eating potato chips. swallowed them all lo.. swt* next was the guy jumped through a hula hoop on fire. heheh* den next was eating burning charcoal.. =.= i wonder y the tongue wont be cooked as well? tc den say it's the protection of their gods. but weird, isn't him a atheist.. lol* too bad jus was injured and she didn't want to watch the performance. so bao acc her. no videos or photos taken for this thou. forgotten to do so. =(
6th stop and last stop of the day
mega mall shopping centre. an hour of free and easy shopping.. hmm hmm. nth to buy lehh. so i bought a hand woven band in memorir of this batam trip. lol* all of us just strolled around and ate J.CO donuts. hahahs i know it's lame cus here also got sell. price is the same. soon it was time and we board to bus back to the custom. sobsob =(
Departure
left at 6.30pm batam time. reached Singapore at 8.45. on the journey back to Singapore, tc was sitting beside me. =)) while he's asleep i also took a few glimpse at him. hahah. cant really take my eyes off him but scare he suddenly wake up due to current or ppl walking around.. the last day i'll be seeing him will be on next wed liao. Since jus hinted so obviously and he say depends on fate. i wont pin too much hope on him. time will slowly make me forget him.. tat's about all. =)) P.S: photos of these trips will be up soon. have to get from Jus ^^
